I had the pleasure of working in an office with Zosia some years ago, in Birmingham (in a job and with a boss that we really didn't like!) but she always kept our spirits up!
I always admired the skillful way she dealt with people on the phone and in 'real life'. A real charmer, in the nicest sense of the word and genuinely interested in whoever she was talking to.
We'd kept in touch with birthday and Christmas cards, since then. She was a lovely person, kind and thoughtful, with a sunny disposition and a ready smile and laugh. I met up with her most recently a few years ago in her home town of Criccieth, when I was staying locally with a friend. We met for coffee and then she invited us back to her house to show us all the improvements she'd made to her home and the decorating she'd done. She was rightly very proud of her work and she'd done an excellent job.
I am so sorry to hear of her untimely death. I sent her a birthday card for her birthday just 6 days before she died. I can still see and hear her in my mind's eye now. A lovely lady, taken far too soon. x
